This archive film is a record of the last great reclamation project of the Potteries area through the late 60's to the 1980's and one of its greatest successes - The National Garden Festival in 1986.
The Potteries Garden Festival was was the most successful of all the Festival events held during the 1980's and was the only 'National' Garden Festival held in the UK.
