19 year old jailed for Rape

A Sandbach man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after sexually assaulting a girl while she was asleep and raping her.

19 year old Ryan Upton and the teenage victim had been at an address in Crewe on boxing day in 2024 when he sexually assaulted her and raped her.

The girl fled from the address following the assault and was found by a passer-by who helped her call police.
