8 year old launches charity event

AN eight-year-old girl will help launch a glowing charity event in support of children’s hospice care. Rose Robertson, who lives in Crewe, will be starting the 'Dark Run' with her mum Louise and dad Stewart, which returns to Bolesworth on 24 October 

The event invites participants to walk, jog, or run a 2.5k or 5k glow-in-the-dark course to raise funds for children with life-threatening conditions and their families.

Rose, who has cerebral palsy and complex needs, is a regular visitor to the hospice.
