Bleed control kits handed out to pubs

Cheshire Police officers have been given funding to purchase life-saving Bleed Control Kits rolled out to pubs and bars across the area following their operation sceptre campaign. The kits have been rolled out to several licensed premises in Nantwich, Crewe, Macclesfield and Congleton as part of local Pub Watch schemes.

Licensees were also provided with an in-person demonstration by an associate of the Daniel Baird Foundation, showing them how to use the kits should a life-threatening incident take place.
