Hot weather stops refuse collections

Families have been warned that bin collections are being delayed in the southern end of the Cioty due to the 'extreme heat'. It comes as Stoke-on-Trent City Council has said the welfare of its collection crews remains a priority. Now families are being told to carry on leaving their bins out from 6am and they'll be collected 'as soon as possible’.
