Mental health resilience supported in college

Crewe Engineering & Design UTC staff are preparing to spotlight men's mental health with a week of awareness activity running from tomorrow

The week aims to challenge stigma and encourage early conversations among young people. 

This initiative comes as part of a wider push within the West Street college to normalise discussions around emotional wellbeing, particularly for young men, often less likely to seek support or speak openly about stress, anxiety, or pressure. 

Teachers are encouraging Crewe students to adopt small, structured habits designed to support mental resilience.
