Two more arrests after carjacking

Police have made two more arrests after a teenage boy was reportedly dragged out of a Mercedes before it was stolen.

Officers were called to the reported carjacking close to football fields on Lower Milehouse Lane, Newcastle-under-Lyme, on Friday evening

The black car was abandoned on the road after crashing into the central reservation on Ryecroft.

A 16-year-old girl, from Stoke-on-Trent, and a man, 23, from Newcastle, have been arrested as part of the investigation.
